Support WISE Research!

Engaging in formal research processes to document and synthesize the experiences of working and marginalized women can be difficult for grassroots and community-based organizations that lack funding or systems for gathering and analyzing data. WISE’s method for research and partnership is designed to support grassroots women’s organizations in strengthening their work and engaging more communities in taking up their campaign calls. By partnering with grassroots womens’ organizations and groups to develop research that supports their campaign calls, we ensure the voices and analysis of working and marginalized women are amplified for broad audiences.

Your generous gifts will support change-makers on the ground by:

  • Covering costs of interpretation support to work with communities whose first language is not English

  • Providing transportation support for community members to travel and participate in projects with WISE

  • Providing stipends to community members to honor their time and participation in projects with WISE -- including overall planning, conducting or participating in qualitative interviews or data-gathering, and participating in synthesizing and analyzing the research project findings

  • Covering printing and publication costs for compiling and presenting research findings to the broader community

  • Covering logistic costs in coordinating platforms or venues for sharing research findings with the broader community

Contribute toward developing research that amplifies the calls, issues, and campaigns of grassroots and community-based organizations supporting women in their fight for dignity, empowerment, and solidarity!
